Privacy

Privacy at Done When.

A plain-language overview of the information Done When uses to provide household task tracking and how shared, private, and demo data are separated.

Information used to provide the service

Done When uses account information and the household data you choose to create, such as memberships, task definitions, settings, and completion records, so the app can show responsibilities and history.

Shared and private tasks

Shared household tasks are available according to household access. Private tasks are designed to remain owner-only and are kept separate from shared household visibility.

Interactive demo

The interactive demo on the home page is separate from real household data. Changes made in the demo stay in the browser used for the demo.

Referral and campaign attribution

When you arrive through a creator or campaign referral link, Done When may store a small first-party referral code and timestamp in your browser for up to 30 days. If you create a new account during that period, Done When may associate your account identifier with the campaign so we can measure registrations and basic activation. This attribution does not include task titles, notes, household content, or other private task data.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the Account page in the app or from donewhen.pro/delete-account. Account deletion removes your account-linked private tasks, private completion history, and acquisition attribution. Shared household history can remain available to other household members, but your linked Member identity is anonymized as Deleted user. If you own a household, you must transfer ownership or delete that household first; active billing must be resolved before deletion can finish.

Service infrastructure

Done When relies on service infrastructure to provide authentication, data storage, and application delivery. Information needed to run the service may therefore be processed by the infrastructure providers used by Done When.
